This collection of photographs is based on the many pictures of ponies gathered over some years by Gaye Sinclair MRCVS. The pictures in the collection are in no way intended to give a valuation of the merits of any pony over any other. The intention is to offer some idea of the general look of individual ponies.
Photographs are probably of greatest value when they show a plain side view taken in a natural, or near natural state. Unfortunately such representation of all the ponies is not available. Some feats of glory, ridden or in hand, have had to be included.
We have now included registered and other pure bred ponies from the United States of America.
We would welcome pictures from other countries that have imported registered Exmoor ponies.
Should you have pictures that would expand or improve this photo library, please Email ( peter@exmoor-pony-breeding.info ) them to the website ( in jpg format). Do remember to include the Registration Number of the pictured pony All sent will be looked at and may be included in any web update. Actual photographs will not be returned.
